About KMA Kemps Mercantile Agency commenced operations in South Australia in 1965 and over the years established itself as a major Debt Collection and Commercial Credit Reporting Agency.
In March 2004 Hollinrun Pty Ltd acquired Kemps Mercantile Agency (“KMA”) continuing to undertake Debt Collection and Commercial Credit Reporting. In June 2004 Hollinrun Pty Ltd purchased R. C. Harrison & Associates to expand the Debt Collection and Process Serving divisions of KMA.
